State Sen. ANITERE FLORES (MIAMI,FLA.) Chairwoman of the Sen. Judiciary Cmte.held 3 hearings on SB518 / HB691 but she spoke against these bills saying they are racial profile bills and are bills against Hispanics saying she is offended as a Hispanic.
FLORES showed her bias against bills to uphold our immigration laws and this is analogous to a judge at a trial announcing the subject is guilty before hearing the charges against the subject.
Sen.FLORES should stop biasing these hearings and should keep her remarks to herself and should be removed by the Sen. Pres. Haridopolos for biasing the Immigration Enforcement E-VERIFY Bills.
Sen. FLORES also got a Hispanic Professor from Fla. Int'l. University where she wprks at and paifd by this University and is a conflict-of-interest and her chosen Hispanic said we cant do without illegal aliens in the state of Florida because if they were swtopped, they would cause Florida's agriculture and tourism to crash and said these bills to stop "illegal aliens" would be "offensive to Hispanics & Latin American Tourists" causing our tourism to crash.

I just read where you are saying public E-Verify, which really doesn't affect your criminal employer contributors should move ahead since Scott mandated it for his agencies already.

I was told by Staff Director Eric Maclure the choice of bills to be heard was up to the Chair. I want to thank you for your wonderful choice of first generation American Rookie Senator Flores for Chair of the Judiciary.
Flores is a perfect example of "No good deed goes unpunished."
I reviewed the judiciary committee hearing schedule just released and with the choice of bills being heard it is obvious why you picked Flores for the assignment. She has the same keen sense of lack of judgment, objectivity and inability to prioritize as you do. For instance, of the 8 bills scheduled 6 have 3 committee assignments and 2 have 2 while SB 518 has 4 committee assignments. Great logic on Flores part, ignoring a priority bill when there are only 31 legislative days in the session.
Flores has a definite conflict of interest as she openly opposes state immigration laws and is to chair a bill that would become a state immigration law. I wrote earlier asking to remove her from hearing the immigration bill and I wrote her as well asking to recuse with no reply.
Then there is the importance of the bills being heard right from the beginning on 3/9/11 dealing with things like Expert testimony, Code of Student Conduct, Adverse Possession and Estates Flores considers more pressing than SB 518. It doesn't matter to her, and obviously you as well, that SB 518 is to get legal workers back to work and 825K illegal aliens to self deport dramatically reducing the $5.5 Billion annual cost to educate, medicate and incarcerate people Flores says is adding so much to this country.
I understand you are speaking to the Tea Party Thursday and I will be there. Be sure to explain why jetting 2000 illegal alien prisoners back to their home country first class is the most pressing immigration issue we face in Florida. The Tea Party people will be astounded.
You are right and I was wrong. Please accept my apology for disagreeing the most pressing illegal immigration issue being the 5,000 illegal aliens in prison. All the while I mistakenly thought the most pressing issue were the 825,000 illegal aliens roaming the state costing Floridian taxpayers $5.5 Billion annually.

Your brilliant plan is to identify and jet back to their countries the non-violent illegal aliens in the Florida Prison system so we don't overcrowd prisons or continue to pay $20K a year to house them. Senator Bennett said for $750 he can buy each a ticket to jet them back home and get them out of our hair.
I understand, after further study of this brilliant plan of yours, the prison population qualifying for a free jet ride home would be about 2,000 inmates. Let's see, 2K prisoners times $20K per year to medicate and incarcerate them equals an astounding $40million! Of course, we have to subtract out the $750 first class ticket for sending them back so that still leaves a whopping net savings of $38.5 Million.
The $38.5 Million, if I can be so bold, could be used towards paying a small portion of one month's interest on the multi-billions the state is borrowing to pay unemployment claims to the 1.1 million workers sitting at home for two years.
Sir, your plan is brilliant and reflects you are a really deep thinker. It is no wonder you are an author and educator as well as a double dipper. I wish I would have had the opportunity to take a course with you as the professor because I truly have not met anyone else who thinks quite the way you do.

I use the example of treating the effect only and it goes like this: It is the same as having a bathtub faucet turned on full and water is running over the sides. You grab a mop and start mopping feverishly (law enforcement) to clean up the water but it keeps getting deeper and deeper until.........you turn off the "Jobs" faucet (mandatory E-Verify). That little example of mopping the floor is what you are talking about with the incarceration example. Senator Mike "I don't know if I would vote for my own bill" Bennett has been pushing the "Jet Back" concept for years. Perhaps that example goes over in the garden club speeches around the state or to the kids in class but not here.
Why do you both talk up addressing the effect instead of cause? Dealing with the cause does not interrupt, but aids the criminal employers you both get your funding from and we all know who the three main industries are. You do realize it is a Federal crime to knowingly hire illegal aliens don't you?

While you and your predecessors have protected the criminal employers legislatively during the last decade the cost to taxpayers has been over $20 BILLION and growing. So, what was it you were saying about $100 Million?
Democrats are just as guilty as republicans for being silent. It is their constituency most negatively affected but they are much more concerned with votes than their voters.

Florida is being turned into a third world country by illegal aliens. The only thing they pay taxes on is beer, and lots of it. Drugs are being imported into Florida, which is a second income, the first being under the table employment, or employment with a stolen ID provided after crossing the border. WE NEED EVERIFY NOW! We also need to stop paying for the babies that are had by them after crossing the border. They are swamping us, and I for one am tired of it.

34 REASONS TO VOTE FOR MITT ROMNEY FOR U.S. PRESIDENT
I'm voting for MITT ROMNEY because I believe he is the best presidential candidate to beat president Barack Obama.
I personally met Romney in Miami and shook hands and spoke to him while 20 national TV cameramen taped us. Romney spoke to a crowd of about 400 people and I video taped his answers on the "illegal alien" issues and the following statements show what he said. Also, after speaking to the audience of 400, he moved to a rear Press Room and I video taped his answers from the media at 10 feet from Romney answering their questions in a calm pleasant presidential manner.
(1) ROMNEY said he is absolutely against AMNESTY ( Amnesty means rewarding 20 to 30 million illegal aliens who broke our immigration laws by "legalizing" these criminals) and would not receive preferential treatment, but would have to return their home countries and get in line there to apply to reenter the U.S. “legally”. ROMNEY said he would follow the Immigration Laws we already have
(2) ROMNEY said he would complete the U.S.- Mexican border fence to stop the magnet of 1 million illegal aliens who cross our border per year
(3) ROMNEY would put enough border agents as it takes, to guard our borders and stop the flow.
(4) ROMNEY said he would stop the magnet for illegal aliens coming to the U.S. by demanding that all employers use the Department of Homeland Security's E-VERIFY system on the DHS.gov website where employers put in the Social Security Number given by a person applying for a job. The DHS' E-VERIFY system connects to the Social Security office and verifies whether the S.S. number is valid, fraudulent or stolen within 2 minutes with a 98 percent efficiency ( the highest percent in any U.S.government agency).
(5) ROMNEY’s demand for the E-VERIFY system would catch illegal aliens via fraudulent or stolen S.S. Numbers and will not be hired. Without any jobs, the illegal aliens will self deport themselves back to the countries they came from.
